Recently, my office went from a small firm back to my original status of “sole practitioner”. I discovered that I could enhance customer service by directly preparing all my pleadings and documents, personally, without an initial draft from non-attorney personnel.  At my practice you not only deal directly with me, all letter and filed documents are prepared directly by me. All communications are directly with me. I have never enjoyed the practice of law better.
